Georgia Laura "Georgie" Henley (born July 12, 1995) is a British child actress who played Lucy Pevensie in the 2005 film The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe, for which she won the 2005 Phoenix Film Critics Award for "Best Performance by a Youth in a Lead or Supporting Role - Female".
Henley is growing up in Ilkley, West Yorkshire, where she attends Moorfield school and is part of the Ilkley Upstagers Theater Group. Henley's parents are Helen and Mike, and she has two sisters, Rachael and Laura. (Her sister Rachael played the part of "Older Lucy" at the end of the film).
Since the release of "The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe" she has appeared in the stage play "Babes in the Wood" at her local theatre group, which ran from January 27 - February 4 2006.
Little Miss Georgia Laura Henley (Georgie) was born to her parents Mike and Helen Henley on July 12, 1995 and raised in Ikley, West Yorkshire.
Later in Georgie's life when she was about 7 or 8 years old she was cast as Lucy Pevensie in "The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe." Georgie has two older sisters. Her older sister Rachael played the older Lucy.
Georgie has done two plays at her drama school "Monster Mash" and "Babes in the Wood." Georgie played the part of Princess Sarah in "Babes in the Wood."
Little Georgie will be returning in summer of 2006 to film "Prince Caspain." Yay!

When Georgie got home from filming "The Lion, Witch, and Wardrobe" Georgie told her teacher her mom said she could stay an extra hour. Her mom really didn't say this and wasn't waiting in the car for an hour!
When asked who should wait eat on a desert island Georgie said my sister! She also said she would gobble her up from head to stinky toe!
Georgie said her and William (Peter) clicked and Anna (Susan) is a beautiful butterfly angel.
"I got a bit nervous at first and kept messing it up. That’s why they did take after take after take. But the director told me they had to do it that way because then they could get lots of cuts."
On working on the movie: "It is quite tiring and it was a bit overwhelming at first, but everyone is doing everything they can to help, so it's cool."
